The Note Book Day 24

The Note Book Day 24

Yesterday I was shooting on and off for pretty much the whole day. Today was for the most was a Kung Fu training day.

I brought my Camera but did not really take any images, so arriving home quite late I decided to photograph a wooden Art Body, my little wooden man. As I was shooting I was thinking about the melting man exercises and the Special Trip To Hong Kong Last November with Sifu Leo Au Yeung .

Internal Kung Fu Training.

Feeling really lucky to be part of a forward thinking martial art school. The lesson today applies to everything within our lives, I suppose we could call it mindfulness. Be aware and release, be in the moment and listen. Let it go.

In the Words of Bruce Lee :

“Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”
